Good Camera

The camera is a nice camera and works like any other camcorder pretty much. We thought a nice feature would be that it's put on a hard drive and not a tape and we could put it all on dvd and send them to family and it would be wonderful. However, even the camera is good, the software they send you is absolutely the worst program I have ever seen. The videos I had on the camera didn't load on the camera in order so I had to spend hours trying to figure out what order they went in and then spent countless hours trying to figure the program out just to have it all not work. I am extremely disappointed by this. I am not the most computer savy, but my husband is and even he says the program is horrible and can't figure it out. I am considering returning the camera because it's not worth my frustration and if I can't download the movies to watch them then I will never use the camera. what's the point in having a $600.00 item if you can't use it. Oh and the still pictures on it are not very good..you still need to take your digital camera with you.
