Why all the complaining?

The Bottom Line: Works well if the instructions are followed. There are some quirks but nothing too cumbersome compared to the convenience.

Looj is a Big Disappointment

The Bottom Line: Does not work as advertised. Not well designed. Terrible customer service. Don't waste your money.
