Pros: Pre-loaded maps, easy to use, easily moved between vehicles.
Cons: None.
The Bottom Line: For long distance or local a driving, the Garmin StreetPilot c330 can help get you there without getting lost.
Review: A few years ago my husband came home with a Global Positioning System (GPS) device for his car, partially because he does need to travel to new areas on occasion, but I think it was mostly because if there is a gadget available, he wants to have it. ...

Pros: Very easy to use, pre-installed with maps and POIs of North America, "Detour" feature.
Cons: No light-sensor for ambient light changes, maximum brightness could be brighter (see Criticisms for more)
The Bottom Line: Though this is the first GPS unit I've ever used/purchased, I can't imagine a more easy to use, fully functional GPS unit than the Garmin c330.
Review: Introduction The Garmin c330, introduced in March 2005, is a compact GPS unit about the size of an average grapefruit, but lighter (4.4" W X 3.2" H X 2.8" D). The display itself is slightly bigger than a standard Palm PDA screen, and like a PDA ...

Pros: Easy use; Nice features; Accurate 90% of the time.
Cons: 2006 database; Doesn't factor in traffic conditions.
The Bottom Line: The C330 Streetpilot provides good, easy-to-follow directions in a dead-simple package, if one can live with a couple of small quirks.
Review: What can I say about my Streetpilot C330 in-car GPS receiver? I can say that I like it a lot. I can say that it has its shortcomings. I can say that it has been a lifesaver. For Christmas 2007, my dad gave me a ...

Pros: Loaded with maps for the entire US, easy to use, and very portable.
Cons: Has a tendency to freeze up at times; is harder to read in direct sunlight.
The Bottom Line: The Garmin StreetPilot c330 is a great buy for anyone. You won't have to worry about getting lost ever again because the GPS is very accurate.
Review: Why a GPS? Christmas (2005) comes around and my parents ask me over and over what I want this year and I realize that I no longer have a huge list of toys and video games as I did when I was younger. So I gave it a lot of thought and finally ...

Pros: Price, features, simplicity, Garmin customer support
Cons: None yet
The Bottom Line: Among devices of this type, the c330 offer tremendous bang for ones buck!
Review: With the flood of automotive-based GPS devices that have hit the market recently, I figured that it was only a matter of time until I took the plunge & bought one for myself. Like I normally tend to do, I shopped around ad nauseum; comparing features & ...

Pros: Nice screen, light weight, easy to put unit in and take out of mount.
Cons: Glare on screen, finger prints on screen, point of interest data not 100% accurate.
The Bottom Line: Garmin has done a great job with their Street Pilot C330 and C320 units. I would buy again and highly recommend. My experience with the C320 has been excellent.
Review: I'm writing a review here at the C330 location because I feel I can shed some light for you whether you end up buying the C330 or the C320. I actually own the Garmin Street Pilot C320 but please note these two units operate identically; they contain the ...

Pros: Easy to use, to set up, clear voice, LOUD volume, clear screen view.
Cons: Doesn't tell you the street to turning on just the distance to the turn.
The Bottom Line: I love it! Very easy to use and very accurate. If you're very technical maybe not enough of a gizmo for you, but for the average driver an A .
Review: I love this little GPS! I researched the different variety of automobile GPS's for a very long time before I decided to buy this one. I found a deal on line from "www.frys.com" and I was able to purchase this for $199 shipped. I was very happy with ...

Pros: Simple to use, works right off the box, small, good buy
Cons: Only wished unit spoke the street names as opposed to only directions.
The Bottom Line: Good value Buy
Review: I waited forever to buy a GPS unit. I thought my employer provided Blackberry 8800 will do for directions but that fell short, so the buy. I like it. I picked it up at Walmart for $128+ tx this Thanksgiving, and boy, this is a value for money deal. ...

Pros: Accepts custom POIs, totally automatic, unbelievably simple to use.
Cons: Unable to change embedded data or POIs, outdated POIs.
The Bottom Line: Simple to use, required no training. A first class, must have item for anyone who does alot of driving!
Review: Have had mine for several months, taken on some major trips. Here are some of the less well known benefits of this C330 model: 1. Has a SD memory slot, I keep a $20 256k card permanently in there to hold my dozens of favorite POIs i created. Its the ...

Pros: East to see, navigate, and type in directions
Cons: I wish the suction cup worked better on the windshield.
The Bottom Line: Great GPS, it is well worth the cost of ownership to reduce travel delays.
Review: I have owned this GPS for just about a year now and it still amazes me sometimes. I previously had a hand held GPS that was hard to see and use. This one has a large color face that is easy to see while driving, and the touch screen for extremely easy ...
