The Keurig B70 Coffee Maker is one of the coolest coffee machines I have ever seen. This coffee maker holds about 60 ounces of water at any given time, enough to make multiple cups of coffee per day/week. It is so incredibly easy to use. The display is bright, and easy to read. Although there are many adjustments you can make (for example, temperature can range from 192 to 187 as you set it), and four cup sizes available (5.25, 7.25, 9.25, and an 11.25 ounce cup), I found that I adjusted it once (after playing around with it) and haven't touched it since. To make the coffee, you must purchase what is called K-cups. These resemble an over sized creamer container. You simply lift up on the handle, put one in, push down on the handle, and then hit brew. It literally takes 5 seconds to do, and is less than a minute to a fabulous cup of coffee.
I feel that K-cups should be touched on separately. First of all, with these individual cups, there is aboslutely no mess to clean up ever. These cups come in many different varieties of coffee, as well as teas and hot cocoa. Although they can be rather expensive, you can find a box of 25 for about 12 bucks (online), and it is still cheaper than what you would be paying for your daily starbucks.
UPDATE: I recently saw this item for sale on the home shopping network (or show to that affect) and found out they sell K-Cups that are empty so you can fill it with your favorite coffee or tea blend. The K-Cup is used for the life of the machine and costs between $12-$15 from what I've found through research, and would greatly cut out the cost of having to repeatedly purchase the more expensive pre-filled K-Cups.
A few key notes about this product. As mentioned above, the K-cups and machine are expensive. If you are content with your everyday coffee maker and its taste, I wouldn't switch. I would switch to this machine if you are going out and spending money on coffee everyday. It is only at this point that this machine would become cost efficient. Also, you obviously are going to get different concentrations of coffee if you use a kcup for 5.25 ounce vs. 11.25 ounce cup. Originally I would use 2 Kcups for an 11.25 ounce, but if you run it through the same cup twice, it is pretty close to using a brand new one as far as concentration goes. One more important thing to note, it is a little noisy, but this only lasts for a minute or so. If being super quiet in the morning is your priority, you might want to consider another option. Also, there was a plastic-y taste in the beginning...running lots of water through the machine gets rid of this, but it is a pain at first.
Overally, I think this machine is great. Its super easy, quick, and mess-free and makes a great product.
