Coffee QUICK

My husband and I tried several different coffee makers, but none of them could keep up when we had company. A friend recommended trying Bunn. This coffee pot makes a very QUICK pot of coffee very well. It was able to keep up with our coffee drinking friends by making nearly 10 pots of coffee in less than 45 min.

Since we bought this model, we've learned that there is a different model which the shutting of the lid controls the start of when the water flows from the reservoir to begin the coffee process. I'd highly recommend that model if you can find it. There are several times (early in the am) when we have poured the water into the opening only to have not put the coffee pot under it yet. Ordinarily in a regular coffee maker this would not be a problem, but because the Bunn is so QUICK, you might end up with a pool of HOT coffee all over your counter.

It isn't the sleekest or fanciest coffee pot. Comes in Black or White. It does fit on the counter under the upper cabinets. No need for a timer start either.

The coffee it produces is a good quality tasting cup of coffee. (even with cheap coffee beans) There is a fancy reusable filter available for it, but we've found it isn't necessary, the traditional coffee filters work just fine.
