You can't be serious

We purchased the 350 on the recommendation of one of our clients, and have been delighted with what it does - copies & prints are consistently crisp and clear (and the print driver is faultless), scanning is extremely easy to use and powerful. Running costs were much lower than our previous Canon and the service is much faster. Overall, this machine is as good as it gets - can't understand what the first guy is talking about...
