Kojima has given me the best Christmas present I could ask for.

Pros: No more card battling. Great sound and graphics. Good old Metal Gear gameplay
Cons: Difficult controls. Could have used some more voice work.
The Bottom Line: Best suited for Metal Gear fans. It's a great game, but you'll be totally confused about the story if you haven't played the other ones.
Review: Kojima really needs to start making up his mind. He said that the last game in the series was going to be Metal Gear 2, then he made Substance and Metal Gear 3. Soon, Metal Gear had a drastic change and had two Metal Gear Ac!d games by Shinta Nojiri. ...

Metal Gear Solid: Portable Ops - A solid product

Pros: A unique gaming experience. Something new for PSP users. Detailed graphics.
Cons: Complex controls. Sometimes confusing story (may require previous knowledge).
The Bottom Line: Buy it. It will make you feel like you're in the game more than just playing it. It's quite addictive too.

Pros: Meh.
Cons: All aspects of the gameplay feel dumbed down.
The Bottom Line: The game just seems to think it can ride on OCD in regards to recruiting soldiers when the actual gameplay is pretty weak, dumbed down, and uinspired.
Review: I really shouldn't be doing a review for this game.  I should review some other game that I actually like for the PSP, and there are quite a few, but for as much trouble that I went through to find this game, I wasn't terribly impressed with ...
