LG LWHD2500ER Thru-Wall/Window Air Conditioner

we purchased this LG window unit last summer, used it one summer and plugged it in this year and the compressor had went out of it so we call LG and they refer us to a air conditioner repair place, they come and pick the ac up and 4 weeks later no ac...we cant get ahold of the ac repair place half the time, they have got wrong parts 4 times and say the fan and other things are wrong with the ac, for all we know they have sold our ac! we contacted LG and they wont do anything to make it right. so when you see 5 year warranty dont be fooled LG wont stand behind anything. we are in a heat warning and its 103 deg. where we live but LG dont care. Very bad product and very bad company! dont waste your time or money buying this product.
