Not sure about Amcor Warranty Support

The Bottom Line: My Amcor PLM 16000 EH worked fine for 4 months, and stopped working. I have called Amcor technical support several times and received no warranty support.
I purchased an Amcor PLM 16000 EH from Always Cool in Corpus Christi, TX on April 13, 2007. Today is Wednesday July 18, 2007.
The first Amocor PLM 16000 EH unit delivered by Always Cool did not work. Amcor immediately shipped a second Amcor PLM 16000 EH directly to my house; it was installed by Always Cool on April 13; and worked fine until July 6, 2007.
On July 6, the AC Compressor stopped coming on. I have called Amcor support about 5 times between July 6 and July 18, and have never received a phone call or an email back from anyone at Amcor.
I have not been offered any kind of warranty support by Amocor other than by their answering service, that someone from Amcor would call back, and to keep checking my email.
I then paid Always Cool $55 to have an AC repairman come to my house and check out my Amcor AC. My Amcor AC started working when the repair man arrived, and worked fine for 2 more days, and then quit again.
My Amcor PLM 16000 EH is only 4 months old.
In my opinion, I am very disappointed with Amcor warranty support.
I can not understand any company taking 2 weeks to return a warranty phone call, and at this point, I am not sure exactly what my Amcor warranty is worth.
