Looks can be deceiving!

The Bottom Line: Do not invest in this product. It's not worth the investment.
My story is like so many others that I've read. I bought the red Zydeco, which was quite the conversational piece wherever I went. I took great pride in it because it was the one expensive thing I decided to splurge on (as a first time parent). However, the brakes gave me problems in the first two weeks that I bought it. It made a clicking noise as if counting the kilometers I was walking. After my baby was born, it backfired on me completely one day as I was crossing the street. As I walked quickly through a changing light, the brakes automatically snapped and stopped me halfway through the intersection!!!! I walked right into the stroller and it almost fell over onto the street! I was so upset and my baby was only a month old then!
I brought it back to the store that I bought it from and asked them to fix it for me. They fixed the same problem twice, and I am still having the same problem with it today! I contacted Zooper, and they told me how to fix it myself! They also told me that they were not responsible for refunds or exchanges, but the store that I bought it from should be able to help me, instead. They do not stand behind their products but I now understand why; In order for one to have the confidence in his/her product, they have to believe in its quality! That is clearly not the case here.
For all those who have bought the Zooper, and are experiencing a similar dissatisfaction with the product, my heart goes out to you. I can truly sympathize with you on how it feels to invest so much money into a product, hoping for the quality that it boasts of, only to be disappointed by the sloppy mess being manufactured in China!
To the soon-to-be parents, take my "stupid" advice and stay far away from this product for the sake of both your children's safety, and your hard-earned money!
Last but not least, to Zooper, you have not heard the last of me! The battle continues until this customer is satisfied!
