Disappointed
Pros:
Nice looking. Good ventilation. Big basket. Nice taupe color. Seems comfortable. Comfortable handle.
Cons:
Not sturdy. Flimsy hood. Terrible customer service. Swivel unpredictable. Seat lopsided. Awkward when collapsed.
The Bottom Line:
For the price I would recommend a Quinny or Perego.
I feel like I need driving lessons at times the way the swivel goes out of control.

Author's Review
Very nice looking. Bought it for the jogging aspect, find the frame rather delicate for an all-terrain stroller. Very large and awkward when folded. For some reason I have to remove the hood to collapse it, I have already sent it back for repairs once, the seat stopped reclining, that was a terrible customer service experience...this was after using it for maybe a month.Since the repair was done, it is very hard to recline the seat and have it level, it is almost always lopsided. The hood is also quite flimsy and never seems straight, it also does not go back and forth very smoothly. The bar across the lap ripped after I put my car seat in the stroller twice...the car seat is in their specs as compatible. The swivle is very unpredicable, not sure that I would risk jogging with it.The swivel control is not very good either, can never tell if the swivel is on or not. It is VERY difficult to take it up and down stairs with the baby in it, do not dare risk the escalator. The sleeping bag is very nice, they could have made it compatible for car seats though. I bought it after seeing a review in Fit Pregnancy, local retailers do not carry it, I had to order it from another city. You really can't have this stroller if you don't have an suv or truck. I like the big wheels however, one popped off while I was putting it in my trunk....Would buy a 3 wheel Quinny or Perego instead. I bought it in Canada, when I had to send it back dealing with the Canadian customer service was a nightmare, they don't return calls or e-mails. I had to include the owner of the store from where I bought it to get a response. Now when I have have questions I e-mail the States and get a lot more help.
