The 2007 Revamp is Perfect for Us
Pros:
Very comfortable for the children, beautiful and easy to push for the parents. Includes everything.
Cons:
Little big when folded and heavy, but it is a double.
The Bottom Line:
This was perfect for us and would absolutely recommend it to similarly situated families.

Author's Review
My second child is due at the end of the month and my little boy will be 15 months. I put more time into researching double strollers than I did when selecting a college. Here is what I looked at:
Combi (really really flimsy and only Combi seats fit into it so do not get too excited unless you already own one),
Chico (horrible sunshade, total joke and odd fold),
Macs (really nice, but small wheels, not enough sunshade for us the wheels would not handle city life and poor customer service reviews),
Peg (my little boy who is in the 50% for height and weight was squished at 12 months),
Inglesina (dissapointing, I love our Zippy and this was not on par at all)
Baby Jogger City Series (HUGE, not attractive to me, HUGE and expensive. Also, HUGE)
Valco (if possible, even bigger than Jogger. Complicated to fold and finishing touches not well done.)
Mountain Buggy (Also big, but was nice enough. Folded easily, just too expensive for us for what it was)
Phil and Teds (hated the buckles and the fold. The extra seat seemed a little cruel considering how close in age our children will be)
Jane (too many reports of tipping, in line did not appeal to us).
After all of this we thought about everything (my poor husband at this point would have bought me anything) and concluded that since we live in an urban setting the bulk of our usage will take place around the neighborhood (although we wanted it to fit in the car as well). That said, we also live in an apartment with minimal storage and so the stroller needed to fold down. Here is what we were looking for that we felt we "needed":
1) Independent recline seating
2) Independent full (and I mean FULL for the sake of my very fair child) sun shades
3) Comfortable seating for the babies
4) Infant ready - I was suprised how many doubles are not for infants
5) Fold "compactly" and stay folded. I wanted an automatic lock in place once folded and a simple fold.
6) Easy to steer
7) Sturdy with a decent weight limit
And above that I wanted:
1) We decided that based on our children's close proximity in age we wanted a side by side rather than a tandem
2) Pretty. I'm sorry but you won't use it if you hate it regardless of how much money you saved
3) Include extras
We think that we have found this in the 2007 Zooper Tango. First the obvious things. Ours is a beautiful blue and sort of perriwinkle color and comes with a raincover, uv sunshade and boot. It folds very easily and flat, although very wide (like a tall rectangular box) and locks into place when folded while means it will not fall over on me when I root through the closet.
It has independent recline seating which is simple. This may seem like an overstatement, but if you have looked at a lot of doubles, you will see that many of them employ odd mechanisms for lowering the seat. This lever works fantastic. Also, unlike previous years, the seats are individual with individual child bars in front which allows you to put a couple different infant car seats onto one side.
It has independent sunshades which is another difrence from previous years. And they are FULL. They come all the way down to the infant restraint bar. We will see if my son allows this to happen, but if not, I will use the UV shade that zips onto the stroller.
This stroller is made for the children. My thinking is that the more comfortable they are, the longer they will ride and the farther my husband and I get to stroll. Because the child's comfort is #1, the stroller is bigger and heavier than others although it weighs only slightly more than my 14 month old. We have a Saturn Vue and it is not a perfect fit, I think the flat fold would work better in a minivan, but it works and we will take it places.
If you are worried about it fitting through door - don't. I was concerned but this stroller manuvers so beautifully (even with the uneven weight of only one child) that I can hold the door for myself and get it through.
