This didn't work well for me

I really wanted to love this sling/pouch (I actually did buy both). I purchased these because I attended a cookout with friends and watched a new mother carry her newborn close to her all day very comfortably. Although I was pregnant with twins and I would only be able to sling one at a time I ordered this to try out and had expectations that this would be a tremendous help in keeping a little one happy.

I found the sizing to be an issue, I purchased the pouch in a small and then based on the sizing I tried the sling in a medium because the other seemed too snug.

After watching the DVD, having friends try this with their kids, re-wrapping the product on the rings several times I could never comfortably wear either. Once the boys were born I tried unsuccessfully many times to put either the sling or pouch on with a baby and could never get one in without him losing his patience with me and freaking out. I finally packaged up both to be returned.

The design I chose on one was a bit too overwhelming/vivid for me, the other was very pretty. The materials are very nice and seem very durable.

I never called the company for help, maybe I should have given that a shot.
