Pros: Easy to clean

Cons: Poorly textured rice, Long cooking times, Too pricey

The Bottom Line: The Zojirushi NS-TGC18 is overpriced and does not perform well. The rice takes too long to cook and the end result is poorly textured. I would not recommend this product.
