Zojirushi NS-LAC05 3-Cup Rice Cooker

Question about the ratings of this review: There are 5 ratings, all SHOW. How do I see the ratings? I can find nowhere on the site to query Epinions. I hope someone catches the question here. I don't know how you get the answer where I can see it.


Had it 3 weeks, have tried white short and long, brown long and medium, basmati long brown, Indian white...at least once each. About 5 times was the rice any good, the others were discarded as gummy, glutinous, inedible. Zoji cust service confirmed I was doing everything correctly, suggested unit might be faulty, I should send it to them at my expense under warranty. I'm not going to add that expense to what I've already spent on rice, will return it. I expected better at the price.
