Zojirushi BBCC-X20 Bread Machine

I am allowed to over ride any setting I wish with the Home made program in this machine. This means that making breads such as low carb which can only have one rising, is a sinch!!! I have also made sugar free jam in the machine, and the results were excellent.
The only draw back is having to shape the loaf a bit after needing. It still works if you don't, just doesn't look picture perfect!
I bought this machine locally, and didn't save as much money as I would have if I had internet shopped. I needed the instant gratification of having this machine! The results have been so incredible in expanding my diet, that I don't regret the loss of savings.
