Zojirushi BBCC-X20 Bread Machine

I guess those are the questions everyone has.

Problem is - it is not that simple.
The machine is excellent. It works wonderfully.
All functions work exactly as advertised.

BUT - I come from Europe. My taste in bread
is different. I am experimenting with
making artisan breads which are more to my
liking. The breadmachine can't do this for me.
But it can knead dough longer than I would
have patience for. It can also rise dough
much better than I can. I used to put my
bowl of dough in my bed for a few hours (covered
with a towel). The bed was warm and not drafty.

So, I like the machine very much. I just
don't always use it as intended.

HOWEVER, if your taste is more American, you
may find the bread to be delicious.
