Bread Machine Replacement

The Bottom Line: This machine performs as advertised. I would recommend it to anyone.
My bread maker, after years of service, decided to add grey Teflon to the bread. While Teflon is relatively inert, it is not too nice to get a piece between your teeth. So, time to look for a new machine. After searching the internet and reading every review possible, I settled on the Zojirushi Traditional Bread maker BBCC-V20 Got it at a great price from Amazon.com with free shipping. It arrived and the first test was a boxed bread mix. This worked well but, because of the size of the mix, the loaf was small but nice a rectangular loaf. The next was the quick cycle. In just about two hours, the machine produced a beautifully crusted rectangular loaf. I was impressed. The machine, compared to its predecessor, is very quiet. Now, on to onion bread, herb bread, and all the other goodies that this machine can prepare! I am happy with my purchase and recommend the Zojirushi Traditional Bread maker BBCC-V20.
