Works for me!

I have tried several different versions of Zicam and have had success every time. (I've used the tablets-the gel-the mist)
You have to catch the cold early-like the very first day-and use it every 3 hours until your symtoms are all gone.

I always try to keep it on hand so if I feel a cold coming on I can get started ASAP. Our house burned to the ground last April and we lost everything- including my "stash" of Zicam so I didn't have any on hand in October when I felt a cold coming on but I was able to get ahold of some Zinc tablets and started taking thouse. I still ended up with a pretty bad cold that lasted about a week or so.

Before that for the last 2 years I hadn't had a full blown cold. But I had always had the Zicam on hand to get started right away. Now I am going to make sure I keep it around so I can prevent further colds.

Even though hubby comes home with a cold from time to time and even though I babysit my grand kids a lot and they have colds a lot I still haven't had one as long as I got on the Zicam at the first sign of one starting.
