Handsome range hood, but lights burn out and noisy too

We picked the Zephyr Venetzia because we liked the looks and it had the Best CFM capacity for the price. We were a little disappointed that there was a rattling metal sound at higher speeds, but this was easily fixed with a little duct tape behind the removable filter.
Aside from looking great, the blower works well and really sucks out any cooking smoke. The problem with this unit is the halogen lights blow out very quickly. Upon seeking to replace them we found out that the halogen lights for this unit are an older discontinued model (discontinued because they blow out very quickly) and impossible to find. The newer replacement does not fit the opening properly and therefore looks shabby.
