So-so speakers

Pros: Yamaha does have that 'natural sound' they boast, slim cabinet design, quality construction

Cons: Lacking in bass, mid-forward sounding, overpriced.

They are okay. Using with Yamaha 5960 receiver and bi-wired. Lacking in bass even with the bass maxed out, midrange-forward sounding. One internet vendor is selling these as a pair for less than most are selling each speaker...and rightfully so.
