Forget multipage scan erratic drivers
Pros:
If all you want is a color printer and copier, it can do the job.

Author's Review
It sounded like an excellent deal at a good price --
all-in-one print, scan, copy (&FAX), multisheet feeding
and color. So far, the hardware seems to be fine, and live
up to specs, but without software you have nothing. Even for the basic printing function, getting drivers up was a mess,
and performance has been somewhat erratic. But the scanning
function has been a total nightmare. (I have only tried the USB connection, not the network version, but see little reason to expect the network version will be better.) Mainly, Xerox is relying heavily on Scan Soft Powerpage (see the reviews of that at amazon). After an entire day of trying everything (as is necessary due to messy bad interfaces), it seems that multipage input is simply not available, no matter what you do.
