In our office, we use this copier. I love it! It is efficient, has tons of capabilities, and easy to use.
First, this machine is great for copying. It can take up to 50 (though I usually can fit more) into the basket, and it will take all the pages without skipping a single one. It can collate your papers and staple and fold them as well, which can be really handy when you have a lot of letters to send out.
Next, the machine is great for scanning. I put the pages in just as I would for copying, but now, I can scan it and email the pages to myself. This is great, because sometimes you want an electronic copy of the file to make edits and such, and using a regular scanner for multiple pages can take forever.
However, there are sometimes that things don't always go so smoothly. Once in awhile, the copier will jam, and papers will get stuck. It is helpful, when you have a new ream of paper, to flip through the stack so that no pages are stuck together. When the copier gets jammed, though, it is pretty easy to fix, because the copier knows exactly where the problem is, and will do its best to help you solve the problem. The first time I fixed the jam, I was getting frustrated because I thought I knew exactly where to look, but after actually spending the time to read the instructions, the copier told me exactly what areas to open up and look for jammed paper. The steps are easy to follow and work really well.
Overall, this is a great copier with fantastic functions. It comes in really useful for people in charge of administration tasks!
