Great basic system to get you going at an affordable price

I purchased the XBox360 Arcade new for $199.99. It has a 250 MB internal memory for game and information storage. This is a good console if you are not going online and just playing games and DVD movies. The Arcade console is the basic system that comes with a game CD with several arcade games just to get you started. Pac Man, Hedgehog Tennis Superstars, and Luxor are in the package to name a few. If you are looking at gaming online and downloading from the XBox Website, it may be economical to purchase the XBox with the 120 GB hard drive for $299.99. Otherwise you will have to pay about $100 for a 60 GB hard drive for the Arcade system later on. You can also purchase a 512MB memory card at $50 for the Arcade if needed. The Arcade system has stored several games without using much of the internal memory. The console comes with a wireless controller, which uses 2 AA batteries that will last for about 10-12 hours of use. You can purchase a rechargeable battery pack if you need. I have had no problems with this system. The system is easy to set up and has several personalization features. I have to say as a new comer to gaming this is a perfect start. XBox has great graphics and alot of color. I have been playing Fable II and Call of Duty - World at War, which the graphics make you keep on playing. The 3.2 GB processor and graphics processor makes this console worth the money. XBox offers a wide variety of gaming and accessories as you become more advanced, and I will recommend it to anyone.
