DO NOT BUY

The Bottom Line: Do not buy this product. It's basic function as a copier is way below expectation.
This is my first time writing a review on any product because consumers need to know NOT to buy this copier. My two biggest complaints are as follows:
1. The copier stays in energy saver mode all the time so every time you want to make a copy, you have to wait at least 30 seconds for it to warm up and then you have to press the copy button again. It does not automatically copy when it is warmed up, so if you walk away and come back even a little while later, it is on energy saver mode and you have to start the process all over again. I have asked both A Matter of Fax (the company we purchased the copier from) and Xerox, and neither get back to me about how to take it out of that mode. I also checked the manual which does not address the issue.
2. The copy quality (600x600) is extremely poor (light and fuzzy), even when selecting dark as an option. For now, we only use this product as a copier (eventually, we anticipate connecting it to our network and using it as a printer when our existing printer goes), so this is an significant drawback for us.
