Wii play

Wii Play consists of nine mini games and a controller for about fifty dollars. You can use your Mii characters (which are really fun to create!). The games include Shooting Range, Find Mii (which is my sister’s favorite), Pose Mii, Ping Pong, Laser Hockey, Cow Race, Fishing, Tanks (my favorite) and Billiards. I mostly just play tanks and cow race. The others are just ok. I guess they are fun to play with other people - I like that it’s multiplayer and it’s probably a good game for kids or families. It can help you get used to the controller and the idea of actually moving it around to play. Definitely don’t buy it just for the games – buy it for the Wii remote – if you’re looking for a fun multiplayer game then get Mario Party 8 – now that’s fun for hours! Even Wii Sports is better (and comes free with the Wii). Basically, you’re buying a forty dollar with a ten dollar game – which is fine for a few extra multiplayer games – multiplayer makes the Wii fun!
Overall, I think it is worth it to have a few so-so games, a few good ones and a few crap ones with an extra Wii remote – that’s why we bought it.
