I love this unit. Loaded with easy to use features, works fine for my needs.

I love this unit. I felt it was loaded with all the state of the art features of top models but at an affordable price. The blue light is wonderful but I agree that in sunlight it is a little hard to see but I do keep it on DIM. I live in a mountainous area where signals are bouncing everywhere so I feel that I didn't need a higher priced unit with longer range for where I live. I have also found in my experience that most of the expensive (Bell & Escort) detectors do not last long & always require warranty service after a year or 2, then after about 4 years they all stop functioning correctly. So I believe in a top model in a lesser name brand for the value is just as good. Whistler has been fine for me & I love this unit.
