Cabrio washer WTW6400SW with F51 error code

My cabrio just popped up a F51 error code. I found complaints everywhere on the internet. So I called Whirlpools customer service # (800-253-1301) and explained nicely that I read complaints on the net and 2 days later my 2 year old Cabrio that did not have the extended warranty was repaired for free. They know they have the problem and are willing to fix it!
