Love it!

We purchased the 6400SW3 a month ago and absolutely love it! It hold LOTS of clothes, is quite and does a great job. We haven't experienced any problems with tangling or tearing like I read in reviews. I was told by the salesperson at Lowes that Whirlpool has recently changed the agitator plate because of initial complaints, so maybe this is why others have experienced issues that we haven't.
