Great washer!

I recently replaced my top loader with this front loader and although I was a bit hesitant because you have to bend down to load and unload the machine (I didn't purchase the optional pedestals), it is definitely worth making the switch. I've been using the machine pretty much daily for one week now and our clothes have never been cleaner.

Once you get the hang of all the cycle options and wrap your head around the length of time it takes to wash your clothes you really do notice a difference. We have it installed on the main floor of our home and can barely hear it running. Even the super fast spin cycle is relatively quiet! Clothes come out quite dry so drying time is cut down significantly.

This machine also appears to be more solidly constructed than the regular Duet Series and I have been able to wash a king size quilt in here without a problem. I don't think a king size duvet would fit but other than that, this machine meets the needs of our family of 4.

There was a promotion to receive either a 6 month or 1 year supply of Tide HE detergent which was a nice bonus too. Not a big deal if they didn't offer this, the cost of detergent is the same as non HE.

All in all, we're very happy with our purchase.
