All the bells and whistles, but freezer problems

Pros: Better constructed and assembled compared to other brands. Relative quiet during operations.
Cons: Bad freezer, with melting ice cream and food for long periods after defrost cycle.
Review: Have always found Whirlpool appliances to be good quality, so purchased new Whirlpool refrigerator to replace 20 year old model. Good looking machine, seems to be well made, refrigerator portion of machine works well. But real problem with freezer. ...
