Product Review

not too happy with this washer

Pros:  cleaner clothes than a top loader

Cons:  service calls

Overall Rating: 2/5 stars

Author's Review

we have had this washer a little over a year. We made service call #3 to Sears. Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired but that would be the subject of another post.
We have had this machine leak intermittently from the front door. We are always careful to keep clothes away from door/gasket when closing, but it still leaks on occasion. The technician from Sears could not find the reason for this leak. So I just have to watch it and wipe it up when it happens. Also the bleach dispenser was not emptying and that has been replaced. Now the drain hose has a hole in it. When I spend so much money for a washer I don't want to have problems with it in the first year!
