Surpassed expectation Excellent performance Great System

We've had the 8500 Duet washer and dryer for a couple weeks now and feel great about the energy/water $savings/conservation and getting a better wash/dry for it all. The clothes seem brighter and definitely less washer worn, less drying time and fluffier. Skeptical after reading reviews come to find that most of the complaints are covered in the manual ex: clothes bag for tiny socks, leveling the unit, some vibration during high speed spin to be expected, don't over load etc. Although there is somewhat of a jet sound and additional vibration at the very beginning of the high speed spin it subsides directly as the machine balances the load.
