Pros: Cleans well. Reasonable noise level for the money.

Cons: Loading flexibility. Can't figure out how to load cereal bowls in the top rack.

Have only had it for 2 weeks. For the money its a good buy. However if you really want quiet you'll need to spend a couple of hundred dollars more. I spent$348 plus $150 installation.
