HT = Mold that is impossible to get rid of and smells

AS OTHERS HAVE SAID... STAY VERY FAR AWAY FROM WHIRLPOOL

The Bottom Line: You work hard for your money. Until Whirlpool returns to the basics of building quality units that are durable and reliable, stay away from their products.
Review: The 9400S is our second Whirpool Duet Washer, the first was a 9200 which died after exactly 6 years of service. The repair bill on the machine would have been more than the machine was worth. During that 6 years of use, only one problem cropped up...

Stay far far away
