Pros: Saves money, water, electricity, time, clothes, looks great!
Cons: I did have to actually BUY it.
The Bottom Line: Ignore the mildew whiners. RTFM. Whirlpool makes some of the best laundry products on the market today. Best. Appliance. Purchase. Ever.
Review: Warning: long post. I hope you think it's worthwhile, though. I didn't want to do a drive-by post. Simply stated, this machine is fantastic. First, a quick disclaimer: I am an appliance salesman. I am very picky about what I buy for myself, ...

Pros: Look and Design.
Variety of cycles. Cleans itself if you use that feature. Cons: Occasional water left in dispenser.
Not big enough for a VERY large comforter. The Bottom Line: I would buy this Whirlpool washer again. I would recommend reading the users manual though so you understand the way it works. Its so stylish.
Review: I like this Whirlpool Washer. It is so pretty and modern looking. It does take 50 mins for an average cycle but the clothes come out much drier than from a regular top loader. It is also very quiet, so much so I can hardly hear it ...

Pros: 14 programs, internal heater, quiet, savings in water & utility costs & detergent use.
Cons: Cost.
That is all I can think of.
The Bottom Line: 14 laundry programs, quiet operation, internal water heater, attractive, ease of use, solid build (weighs about 250lbs), savings on utility and water bills, and detergent use. Buy it!!
Review: I just had my Whirlpool WFW9400S (white color) delivered today, Sept 27, 2007. Great washer!! No issues or problems. Easy to level and minimal vibration. Rock steady. Very nice to have 14 different washing programs. Today after getting it nicely ...

Pros: Easy to use, tons of options, quiet, all around wonderful experience! I love it!
Cons: Nothing yet.
The Bottom Line: If your a young couple without kids or a family of 10; you will love this machine and wonder what you ever did without it! GO BUY IT NOW! ;-)
Review: I did a ton of research and comparison shopped for almost a month before we bought this machine (with matching dryer) in the color Diamond Dust; which is like a shimmery silver. I was extremely picky about what I wanted in options and it had to be ...

Pros: Less vibration than my traditional washer. Clothes come out cleaner and almost dry.
Cons: Laundry takes a little longer.
The Bottom Line: I am very impressed with the Whirlpool duet. The pair look very stylish, even in white. My clothes are cleaner, I am using less water and electricity.
Review: I had to replace my traditional washer 2 weeks ago, mine just died. I read all of the reviews that I could find. I was a little afraid of getting a front loader. I went to my local appliance dealer (not a big box store) and got a great price on the ...

Pros: Water savings, energy savings, ease of use.
Cons: Initial cost, but machine does pay for itself over time.
Review: The Whirlpool Duet is actually a pretty good machine. It does hold up well to all the punishment that it gets put through. As a salesperson for a Maytag home appliance center, I always recommend for my customers to plug these washers into an appliance ...

Pros: Lots of options/washing cycles, cleans very well, sparse water usage
Cons: Slight vibration even when leveled (nothing to worry about; understandable for 1000+ rpm)
Review: Bought the WFW9400 series washer/dryer a few weeks ago (paid extra for the Diamond Dust color option, which is just a fancy name for silver paint w/ stainless steel door rim). What a great washer this is. Sparse water usage, gets the clothes really ...

Pros: Energy and water efficiency! Gets clothes clean, Easy to use
Cons: Doesn't include high-pressure tube,Water left in front of unit, Initial cost
The Bottom Line: An excellent washing machine, despite the initial expense. It appears to actually save money on the electric bill as promised!
Review: For the last few months, I have had two homes. The disadvantage of this, of course, is the relative expense. It costs quite a bit to pay for two places. The advantage is that I seem to have twice as many gadgets to evaluate and as a result, I can make ...

Pros: Very efficient good machine, easy to use.
Cons: Washer and Dryer too short without $200 pedestals.
The Bottom Line: Both the 9400 Washer and 9250 Dryer are good buys, you could do a lot worse.
Review: This will be an express review because it is either that or no review at all, since I simply do not have the time. I bought this washer on January 13, 2006 along with the 9250 Dryer as a Whirlpool Duet set. The washer has worked perfectly for me ever ...

Pros: lots of cycles, child lock, holds a lot of clothes
Cons: Stains don't always come out.
The Bottom Line: Great for clothes that are not heavily stained. Less loads, less detergent, less water, and more washing options
Review: I bought this washer along with the matching dryer when my old washer broke. I got a good deal so I thought I'd get the 9400 instead of the 9200 hoping it would be better. It has lots of cycles to choose from along with options. At first I thought it ...
