Author's Review

I have had this drop in range for three years. The cooling fan is noisy. Just recently the oven stopped working and I called for service. They said the computer board was out. Cost to repair....$200 + dollars...for a three year old product!!!! No warranty coverage! Has taken three weeks for parts, Whirlpool service people are the pits. The technical papers with the range tell the service people to put the defective computer parts in a return postage provide package...they know its going to go bad and are going to repair it and send it out to some other poor sap. Do not buy their products. Also have their top of the line fridge with similar results.
