Do Not Purchase A total piece of JUNK And a fire hazard to boot

We also have owned one of these models since new. We also have had to have it repaired quite often. This model has the rather dangerous habit of BURNING UP if you use the "self-clean" option. It gets so HOT it literally melts itself. Whirlpool KNOWS all about, but like other customers have found, does ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about it. It was recommended to our family by Whirlpool's OWN SERVICE tech. that we junk it and get something safer. Of course, Whirlpool isn't going to pay for it....Do NOT buy this model if for nothing else your own safety. These units are total fire hazards...
