Cons: Cookware sometimes not cleaned, imperfect rack design, short warranty; needs extra rinse?

Pros: Very attractive, lots of settings, flatware tray in front and movable top tray.

Cons: flimsy soap holder, soap sometimes doesn't dispense, bottom tray isn't secured by track.

The Bottom Line: Much better than my original that came with the house but not as good as the last Whirlpool Gold I bought.
