Pros: Easy to program and set controls; looks good in black; reasonably quiet.

Cons: Poor top rack design allows mug tops to pool water; no "add item" light.

The Bottom Line: A small improvement in the design of the top rack would raise this dishwasher into the excellent category - see update below.
