Westinghouse terrible customer service

Pros: Good picture. Easy to use. Price was reasonable.

Cons: Terrible warrenty customer service.

The TV is great (nice picture, OK sound) as long as it works. When ours needed warrenty repair after 4 months, the runaround started. Now, 9 phone calls later we still can't get anything done. Horrible, horrible warrenty service. I will never buy another Westinghouse product.
