Very good deal for novice installers

I am an average installer of hardware---definitely not a professional---and this was extremely easy to install. Directions are simple and very thorough. Hard drive has been extremely fast compared to my previous 40 gig with 5400 rpm (samsung). Enough good deals and rebates out there to make this the best bang-for-the-buck. Did have some trouble finding them in stock at retail locations, and several retailers state that they were having difficulty getting some in from the company warehouses. But exceptional buy for someone looking to upgrade. Additionally, if you are the run of the mill computer user you should have no trouble installing this drive yourself. My advice would be, however, to pay attention to the jumper settings on the disk itself--versus the jumper settings listed in the directions, as I did find those in the instructions to not be accurate.
