Review: This is really the easiest smoker I have seen. I realize that it costs a lot more than the ones at Home Depot, but it maintains temperature like a champ. It is easy for anyone who can start a charcoal fire to maintain a 200 - 250 degree temperature...

The Bottom Line: If you are in the market for your first smoker and want to learn about real BBQ, or want to upgrade your ECB, this is smoker for you.
