Twice as nice.

The Bottom Line: If you have the $500 to part with then go for it...treat yourself, chances are you deserve it.
My wife bought me a Bose Wave Radio/CD two years ago for Christmas. I have been extremely happy with it. The sound is great in our bedroom (or any other room for that matter). So when I decided to buy another small music system for the family room Bose was at the top of the list. I picked up the newly updated Wave Radio/CD today and I am just as happy as I was with my first unit. The sound is still excellent and it has a new sleek and sexy look. It is a bit on the expensive side, but with Bose's no-interest payment plan it makes it a little easier to shell out the money. Now I can enjoy the rich full sound from the Bose Wave while cooking in the kitchen or sitting in the family room. It will also be great for entertaining as well.
A word of caution...if you are one that desires a unit that will allow you to adjust the bass/treb settings to your liking then the Bose Wave is not for you. If you just want to pop in a CD and have "no fuss" great sounding music then put this on the list.
