Waring Blender WARNING

Review: I had one, looks great and one day, after about 14 months, it just stopped. I wrote the company, it was JUST after the warranty was over. They were very rude in their email response and sent me some repair places to get it fixed myself.

Simple, attractive and effective!

I wish I knew this before I bought

The Bottom Line: Buy a $40 unit and replace it when needed. Cleaning from a leaky lid, narrow opening, and the way too long cord drive me away.
Review:
Blends well, but... I'm not happy with the leaky lid. There's no excuse for this in a one hundred and thirty dollar item. This makes for a lot of clean up afterwards. And what s up with this five foot cord. I could see where an outlet might be...
