Purees its competitors on low speed

Review: I've spent a lot of time searching for a great blender. Including standing in return lines and dumping lots of carafes full of clumpy stuff down my sink drain. I think that my search has finally come to a happy end.

Best Blender I Have Ever Owned!

The Bottom Line: Great blender that I recommend to even my closest friends. Very durable and fast to blend tough items.

I wish I knew this before I bought

The Bottom Line: Buy a $40 unit and replace it when needed. Cleaning from a leaky lid, narrow opening, and the way too long cord drive me away.
Review:
Blends well, but... I'm not happy with the leaky lid. There's no excuse for this in a one hundred and thirty dollar item. This makes for a lot of clean up afterwards. And what's up with this five foot cord. I could see where an outlet might be...
