Excellent Phone

I have had this phone over a year when it first came out and it works perfect. I ordered it online at the hefty price of $200.00. I don't understand any of the problems others have had. The only problem I have is the base unit, the cord is too short and the unit is so lightweight it constantly falls off the table. That is partially because of the short cord. The table unit is rather large and doesn't fit well on small tables. The reception is clear in long range and outside. The price is comparable to other 2 line phones but you can't beat the quality. When power is lost you do lose your date and time because it does not have battery backup. Beware that if you need extra handsets they come at a big price. A handset can cost as much as the entire system. If you have the space you would come cheaper to purchase the entire again. The silver color is fine but they need color options. Setting up the phone is rather complicated. It is difficult to do without the manual.
