Piece of JUNK!!!

Only buy this phone if you enjoy having your calls cut off with the "incorrect code, please enter remote access code" message we've read about in the other reviews. This is the second one I have had. I use this phone as my only business phone and am sick and tired of having clients cut off this way! What a way to make a company look unprofessional, and due to no fault of your own! To make matter worse, I managed once to reach a customer service person, who told me to simply unplug it and plug it back in. Didn't work. Today I called "customer service" six times, spent an hour in the phone tree, only to find that there are NO PEOPLE -- only a rediculous message talking about everything but the real problem with the phone. I finally resorted to going to their website and filling out their form, in hopes that I might get a response from a real person with a real solution. I tried the fix listed from another user on this site; hopefully that will work. Otherwise the solution will be to trash this peice of junk and try to find a decent phone that works from a reliable company.
