Author's Review
I had a prior AT&T 2 line phone with 2 extension sets. One of the hand sets stopped charging, so I was forced to replace the entire system. The first one asked the caller to enter the remote access code, then cut off phone messages. AT&T kept insisting it was my problem. When I finally got a new phone, it did the same thing. By this time, they had identified a factory problem, and had me reset the phone. I believe this one started muffling recordings. They tried to say it was my wiring, but I have had all my wiring changed. The next 2 phones also muffled recordings, so I got # 5. #5 said, Please Enter Your Remote Access Code - and cut off messages. AT&T directed me to reprogram it with them off the line. I followed the directions, and it would not accept the last command. I called back, and following the technicians directions, the phone screen went dead! I am now on my 6th phone in a year, and am afraid to plug it in. I would like advice about a RELIABLE phone that does not eat my business time. In case you were wondering, the E2562 is made in China.
