1993 Eurovan - My Worst Nightmare!

The Bottom Line: DO NOT BUY THIS VAN - PERIOD!
Review: I bought my '93 Eurovan new and have had it for 9 years. The van is nice to drive, roomy and comfortable but the positive comments end there! The air-conditioning system cost me a bundle as it was always breaking down and I can't begin to tell you...

PARTY WAGON!

I love the design, but ...

The Bottom Line: Do not buy this van unless you can afford to have the a/c fixed every year and watch out for the transmission.
Review: We have 4 children and need a vehicle with a lot of space. We started out with a 1984 Vanagon and loved it but there was no air conditioning. We upgraded to a Eurovan last year for the air conditioning and better safety features like shoulder straps...

Kitschy EV a Head Turner

Review: I bought this van because I can't fit my brood into a car (I've got four kidlets, three of whom still use car seats). It's a roomy but compact vehicle, gets decent gas mileage, and has all KINDS of room inside.

Love the package, live with the flaws..

The Bottom Line: Great handling with big payload capacity, room for 7, and unique looks. If you're not willing to make some sacrifices for these strengths, this is not the van for you.
Review: I fell in love with the VW EV the first time I laid eyes on it. There is something really charming about it, and that's good, because it will test your patience.

Though more powerful and much less quirky than the earlier VW bus, this '93...
